Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will accept it providing it is returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging.

To return or exchange an item

Email enquiries@perfumeperfume.co.uk together with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Package the items securely together with the original packing materials and the completed returns form.

The items remain your responsibility until received by us. For your security we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

The parcel can then be tracked via Royal Mail's website.

Procedure for returning goods

If you wish to cancel prior to dispatch you will need to telephone or email with your name address and product order number. If the product has already been dispatched you must still telephone indicating your intention to return the product. You must then send your goods to

In the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging. When we have received the returned goods the full price of the goods (excluding gift wrapping and postage charges dependent on the reason for return).will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and no later than [30 days] of your order.

Delivery charge upon cancellation

You are responsible for the price of delivery and the company will only refund delivery prices in exceptional circumstances or if the goods are defective.
