Perfumeperfume is the online trading name for the Mayberry Pharmacy Perfumery. Mayberry Pharmacy was established in 1994 in Pontypool, South Wales. Mayberry Pharmacy Ltd now has seven branches all located in the South Wales area. The fifth branch to be established was Mayberry Pharmacy Blackwood.

The Blackwood branch features a large, popular and reputable perfumery, the only establishment in the local and surrounding areas, to have been granted a Chanel Agency, allowing visitors to purchase this premium perfume without the need to travel far. Many of our customers have been visiting the perfumery for many years, and return again and again due to our wide range of products and first class customer service.

To compliment our established perfume counter, we have been selling online since 2000 and have become known for our high level of customer service and no quibble guarantees. This has meant that we have brought top brand and designer perfumes to a wider area, including international customers. Our online customers also return to us, finding the whole shopping experience easy and hassle free.

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your items should reach you 3-5 working days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch on the day of your order depending on what day and time orders are placed.

2. How can I guarantee same-day dispatch?
We cannot guarantee this, however if you place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm we will aim to dispatch same-day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and on the weekend will be dealt with the following Monday.

3. What should I do if my order does not arrive after 5 working days?
As we use a Royal Mail service we cannot guarantee the speed of delivery. Please wait 10 working days from the day you placed your order before contacting us.

4. What should I do if my order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days?
Contact us via email at enquiries@perfumperfume.co.uk or by phone on 01495 228040, quoting your order number. We will then use Royal Mail's track and trace service and return your email/call within 2 working days.

5. What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
As we send all orders using Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ service we require a signature on delivery. This does not necessarily have to be your signature, another member of your household could sign on your behalf. If nobody is in to provide a signature, Royal Mail will take your order to your nearest sorting office for storage, and will leave you a calling card with further instructions. You will need to collect your item within 2 weeks of attempted delivery. If you fail to do so your item will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any associated postal charges.

6. Do you have a Perfume Perfume shop I can visit?
Perfume Perfume is the online trading name of Mayberry Pharmacy Ltd, we do not have a 'bricks and mortar' Perfume Perfume shop. However, if you live near South Wales visit our Perfumery at Mayberry Pharmacy, 175 High Street, Blackwood, Caerphilly, NP12 1AA.

7. Can you supply products which cannot be found online?
