Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 for UK deliveries. We send all orders using Royal Mail and their Recorded Signed For™ delivery service to ensure your purchase reaches you safely. This service requires a signature upon delivery, so if there is nobody home when the item is delivered it will be taken to the nearest sorting office and you will be left a calling card. Please make sure you follow the instructions on the card carefully to receive your purchase without delay.

If we receive your order before 2pm Monday to Friday we will aim to dispatch it the same day. For orders made after 2pm on Fridays and during the weekend we will dispatch on Monday. Expect to receive your order 3-5 days after the dispatch date; however we cannot guarantee the speed of Royal Mail delivery so please wait 10 working days before contacting us in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived.
