Our standard delivery charge is £3.00 for UK deliveries. We send all orders using Royal Mail and their Recorded Signed For™ delivery service to ensure your purchase reaches you safely. This service requires a signature upon delivery, so if there is nobody home when the item is delivered it will be taken to the nearest sorting office and you will be left a calling card. Please make sure you follow the instructions on the card carefully to receive your purchase without delay.

 

If we receive your order before 2pm Monday to Friday we will aim to dispatch it the same day. For orders made after 2pm on Fridays and during the weekend we will dispatch on Monday. Expect to receive your order 3-5 days after the dispatch date; however we cannot guarantee the speed of Royal Mail delivery so please wait 10 working days before contacting us in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, return your order within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund (excluding gift wrapping and postage charges dependent on the reason for return). Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned items. Each returned item must be in its original condition and packaging and be unused. Please include a short explanation of why you are returning your order. You can do this by including a letter with your returned order or by contacting customerservices@perfumeperfume.co.uk, quoting your order number.

 

We can only refund or provide you with an exact replacement; if you would like to make an exchange please return your order and place a new order on the site.
 
*If we are unable to provide you with a refund within the seven days stated, we will inform you via e-mail or phone.
