1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Your items should reach you 3-5 working days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch on the day of your order depending on what day and time orders are placed.

 

 

2. How can I guarantee same-day dispatch?
We cannot guarantee this, however if you place your order Monday to Friday before 2pm we will aim to dispatch same-day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and on the weekend will be dealt with the following Monday.
 
 
 
3. What should I do if my order does not arrive after 5 working days?
As we use a Royal Mail service we cannot guarantee the speed of delivery. Please wait 10 working days from the day you placed your order before contacting us.
 
 
 
4. What should I do if my order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days?
Contact us via email at customerservices@perfumperfume.co.uk or by phone on 01495 228040, quoting your order number. We will then use Royal Mail’s track and trace service and return your email/call within 2 working days.
 
 
 
5. What happens if I'm not in when my order is delivered?
As we send all orders using Royal Mail's Recorded Signed ForTM service we require a signature on delivery. This does not necessarily have to be your signature, another member of your household could sign on your behalf. If nobody is in to provide a signature, Royal Mail will take your order to your nearest sorting office for storage, and will leave you a calling card with further instructions. You will need to collect your item within 2 weeks of attempted delivery. If you fail to do so your item will be returned to us and you will be responsible for any associated postal charges.
 
 
 
 
6. Do you have a Perfume Perfume shop I can visit?
Perfume Perfume is the online trading name of Mayberry Pharmacy Ltd, we do not have a ‘bricks and mortar’ Perfume Perfume shop. However, if you live near South Wales visit our Perfumery at Mayberry Pharmacy, 175 High Street, Blackwood, Caerphilly, NP12 1AA.
 
 
 
7. Can you supply products which cannot be found online?
Contact us via email at customerservices@perfumperfume.co.uk or by phone on 01495 228040. We will endeavour to source and supply you with any item you are searching for that is not shown online. Perfumeperfume is the online trading name for Blackwood perfumery, located in South Wales (See ABOUT US page), a wider range of fragrances are available in store. Please supply us with your wish list so that the customer services team can do all they can to help you.
