Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the product(s) that you ordered from us. All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of PerfumePerfume until we have received payment in full from you for those products.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer and we take payment when we accept your order shortly before dispatch. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If you do not do this within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We reserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order.
If we cannot supply you with the product or service you ordered, we will not process your order, inform you of this by e-mail and, if you have already paid for the product or service, refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the failure of your provider to authorise payment. No goods will be dispatched until payment has been received.
Most items can be delivered within 3-5 working days. We aim to dispatch on the day of your order depending on what day and time orders are placed. We cannot however guarantee same day dispatch, however if we receive your order before 2pm Monday to Friday we will aim to dispatch the same day.

Goods can be cancelled under any of the three circumstances detailed below.
1. Prior to dispatch
You may cancel your order prior to dispatch and a full refund of the product price will be given.
2. Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will accept it providing it is returned within 7 days of receipt , unused and in its original packaging.
3. Defective Goods
In the rare instance your goods are defective your statutory rights are not affected in any way by this agreement. You should notify us of any defects immediately and we will refund or replace the item within 30 days of purchase. If the product develops a fault within the first 12 months of ownership we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The items remain your responsibility until received by us. For your security we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
The parcel can then be tracked via Royal Mail's website.

In the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging. When we have received the returned goods the full price of the goods (excluding gift wrapping and postage charges dependent on the reason for return).will be refunded to your account as soon as possible and no later than [30 days] of your order.
You are responsible for the price of delivery and the company will only refund delivery prices in exceptional circumstances or if the goods are defective.

Our standard delivery charge is £3.00 for UK deliveries. We send all orders using Royal Mail and their Recorded Signed For™ delivery service to ensure your purchase reaches you safely. This service requires a signature upon delivery, so if there is nobody home when the item is delivered it will be taken to the nearest sorting office and you will be left a calling card. Please make sure you follow the instructions on the card carefully to receive your purchase without delay.
If we receive your order before 2pm Monday to Friday we will aim to dispatch it the same day. For orders made after 2pm on Fridays and during the weekend we will dispatch on Monday. Expect to receive your order 3-5 days after the dispatch date; however we cannot guarantee the speed of Royal Mail delivery so please wait 10 working days before contacting us in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived.
If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to not accept the order until the stock line becomes available.
We will notify you by email when the anticipated delivery will occur, it is not the companies' intention to frustrate the desire of a purchase - but we will not enter into an agreement where the definition of delivery can not be guaranteed - and expectations can not be met.
If you do not receive the goods within 14 days of ordering them you must notify us in writing within 28 days of ordering the goods. We are not liable if you do not write to us within this time.
