Making a purchase on Perfumeperfume is simple. Just browse our site adding any items you wish to purchase into the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. You are required to fill in your contact, delivery and payment details for us to be able to complete your order.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from customer services indicating that we have received details of your order. Please note this does not constitute a contract. Once the stock availability has been confirmed and the payment transaction complete you will receive an invoice with the goods.

Here at Perfumeperfume we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. If not, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding gift wrapping and delivery costs, depending on the reason for return) on receipt of the original product, unused and in its original packaging and condition. Any original seals must be intact.
All orders are subject to availability. If unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

Returns Policy
All valid returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned items.
We can only refund or provide an exact replacement. We do not provide an exchange service. If necessary, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
We will refund the full purchase price (excluding gift wrapping and delivery costs, depending on the reason for return) on receipt of the original product, unused and in its original packaging and condition. Any original seals must be intact.
Please quote your order number in any correspondence. This can be found on your confirmation e-mail and your invoice with your delivery.
Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days (Does not include weekends or bank holidays).
Delivery is made by Royal Mail and may require a signature. Please allow up to 7 working days or 28 in extreme circumstances.
All deliveries are subject to availability.
Remittance Terms
We accept payment by most major credit card companies. Payment may be debited from your account before dispatch of your order.
All prices include VAT (17.5%) and are in sterling pounds. They are valid only at the time you place your order.
We take great care to ensure all prices are accurate but reserve the right to alter these at any time.
